What does the Finance Directorat Collinson do?

The role of the Finance Director is to have responsibility for delivering financial performance for the companyfinances for EMEA/APAC regions through insight driven decision making. The role will interact heavily with therelevant senior leadership and be a senior business partner to the EMEA/APAC business. This role will have broad
responsibility across corporate and operational financial and accounting functions such as: managementaccounting, monthly close processes, monthly reporting, statutory accounting, forecasting, budgeting, modelling,return on capital investment planning and analysis and other value-added financial analysis.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires leadership at both high-level complex accounting and financeresponsibilities as well diving into the details on a day-to-day basis.

This role is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting for thevarious lines of business. This is an exciting time for the business with major capital investments and new projectsunderway, including planning a transition to a new accounting system and part of a Finance Transformationprogramme, so this role will suit someone who enjoys fast pace and bringing financial discipline and organisationto entrepreneurial business units.

The position will also work closely with the finance department of AD's Lounge Management partners and willhave oversight of required financial reporting and planning between AD and the Lounge Management companies.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

Reporting and Financial Analysis
• To produce monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports and analysis to support management andcommercial decision making plus any other ad hoc reports as required
• Prepare monthly financials with value add commentary for Collinson Board
• Working closely with Head of Commercial to prepare financial modelling and business case analysis for allnew ALD opportunities
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes throughout the year and accompanying analysis reporting

Management and Statutory Accounts
• Prepare monthly management accounts for EMEA/APAC including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
• Consolidate AD Global accounts monthly
• Prepare all statutory financial accounts and statements

JV Partners, Clients and Suppliers
• Liaise with ALD JV partners and agree to ensure Collinson financial reporting and standards are adhered to
• Develop an understanding of key business principles of ALD main suppliers
• In conjunction with Commercial team to review Client contracts to maximize revenuesOther
• Liaise with other Group functions - Group FP&A, Group FC, Tax, Audit, Legal, CoSec, to ensure ADcompliance and Group reporting requirements.
• Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and JV partnerships
• Act as strategic business partner to the senior leadership within EMEA/APAC
• Actively participate in supporting the success of the Finance transformation programme.

Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application included;

• Professional accounting qualification: ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Proven extensive experience in a relevant role and relevant experience in leading finance teams
• Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Extremely knowledgeable and experience leading in all elements of financial planning,
forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to successfully foster new and maintain long standing
business and intercompany relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written and people skills
• Superior quantitative, analytic and financial modeling skills
• Ability to be able to multi-task, manage your time and have strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and able to meet tight deadlines as required
• High level of integrity and dependability
• Proven ability of working under pressure
• Experience of working within an international organisation and within a multi-cultural environment
• Must possess a "can do" and "hands on" attitude and work effectively in a team environmentAdditional Experience

• The role requires a commercially astute individual who can manage the complexities of managing multiplecommercial initiatives across the region in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
• This person will be a numbers and data insight driven person who can use this insight to help drivebusiness cases and work collaboratively to deliver more value.
• With strong gravitas, the role holder will be comfortable working with and negotiating with seniorcontacts across the travel and airport industries to secure and deliver commercial propositions.
• They will be a focused and organised individual who is a self-starter who thrives working in a complexenvironment helping to solve important business challenges.
