Finance Director – FinTech scaleup

Hybrid working – WGH + City

£160k (depending on experience) + share options

Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a high-growth FinTech scaleup who have doubled their headcount and revenues from this time last year. Based right on the edge of The City and within a very short walking distance to Shoreditch, location couldn’t be better!

You’ll be fantastic for this role if you are seeking a commercial yet technical finance role whereby you’ll have total autonomy to support this rapidly scaling business. Key responsibilities to include:

• Design and roll out key financial processes and controls to support this rapidly scaling business
• Deliver the monthly board pack including consolidated management accounts and KPI reporting
• Produce investor and other stakeholder reporting packs
• Statutory reporting and tax work
• Support CFO on M&A processes
• Oversight of the day to day finance function
• Develop, mentor and in time grow the finance function further (across financial control, FP&A, transactional finance / FinOps & data teams)

Profile:

• Qualified accountant with rapid-scale tech scaleup experience (high volume transactional business ideally)
• Experienced with building best-in-class finance functions, including people/systems/processes
• Strong people management skills, including advising, challenging and influencing stakeholders (CEO/Founder, Board)
• International expansion exposure is beneficial
