An exciting fast-growth SME FMCG/Technology business is recruiting for a Finance Director/Number one in finance. This is a number one role and will report directly to the CEO. Our client is looking for a driven, adaptable and enthusiastic individual to join their expanding company.

The Finance Director role will be the number one in finance and leading the finance function day to day. You will be responsible for the accurate & efficient day-to-day running of all finance operations. You will also be directly involved in the strategic financial direction, partnering with the founders and leadership team to grow the business. You will be the key member responsible for delivering the accounting and controls for the company, managing the accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow management and finance operations. You will be involved with leading all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. This role will also be involved in strategic projects working with the CEO and leadership as the company continues to grow.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you would have previously worked within a SME. Experience with working within FMCG is a must. This is an exciting proposition for a highly motivated individual with definitive career opportunities.

This role will be paying a strong basic salary and benefits package. This business is based in London with hybrid working.
