The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a remote-based position, with travel to customer sites as required. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our ERP solutions, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of our clients and drive their business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.
Lead the planning, design, and execution of ERP implementation projects.
Configure ERP systems to align with client business processes.
Provide expert guidance and training to clients on ERP functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and consultancy.
Keep up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on finance modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Desirable:
Professional certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience in a consultancy role.
Knowledge of the latest ERP technologies and trends.
