Finance ERP Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote with travel to client sites on an ad hoc basis
Salary: £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Finance-focused ERP solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with their financial processes.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific finance-related requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance on system configuration and customisation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Configure and optimize ERP modules to meet client specifications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Provide comprehensive training to client teams on system usage and best practices, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their ERP investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing Finance-focused ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of financial processes and principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites on an ad hoc basis, as needed for project meetings and consultations.
- Remote work experience and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
