JobResponsibilities:

The Finance Intern - Training & Development will be responsible for:

  • Creat ing new learning item and all offering underneath of Finance.
  • E nsuring the e nrolment of finance population in the system and track ing the training completion.
  • Helping with the delivery of virtual and in -class trainings.
  • Process improvement to ensure efficiency on archiving and tracking of Training records and identifying the eligible population.
  • Provid ing administrative support for the finance function's Training and Development team .
  • Maintain ing and analyz ing data pertaining to training records .
  • Implement ing process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of services .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management , Finance or Human Resources preferred

• Strong background is MS Excel and other O365 tools

• Digitally inclined, desire to learn PowerBI
