Finance Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum | Location: London

An excellent opportunity to join a highly successful Lloyd's broker at an time of expansion. Reporting to the Finance Director the overall remit will be to provide a broad range of management and support for the entire output of management and finance reporting and budgeting and manage the IBA function. Specific duties will include (and are not limited to):The production of monthly financial and management accountsFull involvement in the annual budgeting processForecasting and related variance analysis to actualsDelivery of further MI including the development of new / enhanced metricsOversight of the general ledger and ensuring good control and reconciliation processesAnnual statutory reporting and acting as a key contact for the auditOversee the monthly closeSupervision of the IBA team including recruitment / mentoring / planningEnsuring compliance with the FCAThere will be a project aspect to this roleThe role is highly progressive due to company growth and is well suited to an ambitious individual with Lloyd's experience**Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process**
