Finance Manager
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum | Location: London
An excellent opportunity to join a highly successful Lloyd's broker at a time of expansion. Reporting to the Finance Director, the overall remit will be to provide a broad range of management and support for the entire output of management and finance reporting and budgeting and manage the IBA function.
Specific duties will include (and are not limited to):
- The production of monthly financial and management accounts
- Full involvement in the annual budgeting process
- Forecasting and related variance analysis to actuals
- Delivery of further MI including the development of new/enhanced metrics
- Oversight of the general ledger and ensuring good control and reconciliation processes
- Annual statutory reporting and acting as a key contact for the audit
- Oversee the monthly close
- Supervision of the IBA team including recruitment/mentoring/planning
- Ensuring compliance with the FCA
- There will be a project aspect to this role
The role is highly progressive due to company growth and is well suited to an ambitious individual with Lloyd's experience.
