Job Description
- Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company, including data analysis, forecasting needs, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position.
- Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and submit annual accounts and returns.
- Oversee corporate budgeting process.
- Engage with auditors and manage financial audits.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure legal compliance in all financial functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Strong understanding of financial law and compliance standards.
- Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of financial software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
