Salary: £65k - £75k + Bonus + Benefits
Location: London City - 2/3 day per week - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Directly report to the CFO, providing critical support.
- Assist in developing finance, IFRS, regulatory, and tax policies.
- Manage both external and internal audits, ensuring compliance and maintaining integrity.
- Lead efforts in product control and regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant with over 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, focusing on finance and regulatory functions.
- Understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with treasury and Banking products (Product Control)
