The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies by managing P&L and Balance Sheet, financial controls, reporting and planning.

You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular accurate financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial control, reporting, and analysis for P&L and Balance Sheet
- Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance with laws and regulations
- Safeguard assets and maintain proper controls
- Coordinate financial planning and budgeting processes
- Act as a strong business partner and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in production environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP proficiency
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Communication and change management skills
- Fluency in English
