Finance Manager - Central Finance
£450 per day PAYE
6 Months
Remote - Occasional travel to Bristol or Birmingham

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join one of our leading Aerospace & Defence clients. The right candidate will have experience preparing monthly financial reports and have the ability to manage stakeholders whilst generating strategic long term financial plans.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a range of month-end close activities (including preparing month-end journals and posting them on to the ERP system) and reporting on time on the Group reporting system (OneStream) to a high standard of accuracy.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and hold meetings with budget holders to review actual spend and prepare forecasts.
- Weekly/monthly cash flow forecast
- VAT reconciliation
- Maintaining Fixed asset register
- Preparation of the annual budget, Strategic Plan (long-range plan) and monthly forecast.
- AP & AR Admin, generating payments on ERP system (SAP), Bank reconciliation, acting as admin for expense system (SAP Concur), auditing expense claims.
- Exercising control on approval of SRM (Purchase Order) carts, ensuring they are in line with budget/forecast.
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
- Train users on SAP and SRM system
