Forge Talent have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing FMCG business based near Eccles. As the Finance Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Finance and work very closely with other stakeholders within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 6 people who have great longevity with the business.
Supporting with all aspects of month end and ensure deadlines are met
Monthly Management Accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed commentary.
Act as a finance business partnership with Commercial and Operations teams providing analytical and financial support to assist the business achieve operational goals and growth.
Project manage and take the lead with annual external audit of the UK subsidiary with assistance.
Proactively identify and drive changes in our finance processes that result in operational efficiencies or increased financial insights.
Provide various reports to non-finance members
Requirements:
Qualified or QBE
Experience with working within a global organisation would be a benefit and a PE backed business.
Strong and engaging communication skills, written and verbal, with a proven ability to convey complex financial information or models in simple terms to managers and colleagues of different capability levels.
Proven track record developing financial and commercial models which are used for strategic decision making.
Someone who is able to take ownership and drive the business forward
Strong systems knowledge along with analytical skills
