Finance Manager Job In Basingstoke

Finance Manager, Basingstoke, Hybrid, £50,000 - £60,000

My client, is seeking a Finance Manager to join a highly successful B2B global business to assist with group consolidations, assisting with monthly adjustments and production of timely accounts.

What will your responsibilities in the role be?

• Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and company accounting policies. Monthly consolidation of financial results
• Provide necessary information for interim and annual statutory reporting and tax purposes including work on the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
• Process transactions accurately and timely, reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly and resolving any discrepancies.
• Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve queries and advise on accounting entries.
• Report financial information to central finance, contribute to system and procedural improvements.
• Provide transaction data for analysis and budgeting purposes.
• Liaise with both internal and external audit teams.
• Manage all banking, cash, and treasury operations.

What experience do you need for the role?

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or Part Qualified
• Strong IFRS technical skills, UK GAAP an advantage
• Experience working in a large team with high volume of transactions.

What else would add to your application?

• Dynamics AX experience and an advanced user of Excel.
• Self motivated and reliable
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
