Finance Manager
Hybrid – Full Time, Permanent
Location: Bristol
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager who has knowledge in how to manage a large and evolving team.
As the Finance Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations and be responsible for the decision making of key business decisions. You will provide substantial insights to inform commercial decision making and play a critical role in monitoring, analysing, and controlling all costs across the business. Strong leadership skills, the ability to interact with individuals at all levels are essential.
What you will do
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to support budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts
- Create financial reports, direct investment activities and develop plans for long term financial goals of the organisation
- Identify training opportunities and mentor team members
- Improve and maintain risk management processes and financial controls

What would make you a good fit?
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills
- Can produce accurate and meaningful reports
- Stakeholder management experience
- IT and project management skills – Netsuite and Oracle
