If so, we invite you to join our dynamic finance team as a Finance Manager, Performance and Strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Finance Manager will be instrumental in managing key financial analyses for strategic projects, spearheading reporting transformation initiatives, and providing leadership to our finance team. This role requires a strong background in financial performance management, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to mentoring finance professionals.

What you'll be doing

1. Strategic Financial Analysis:

  • Lead comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making for key projects.
  • Develop robust financial models and conduct scenario analysis to assess project viability and potential business impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for in-depth analysis of current and projected performance.
2. Reporting Transformation:
  • Drive the global transformation and optimization of financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Implement advanced reporting tools and systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
3. Leadership and Management:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a Finance Analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Inspire and lead the team to achieve the department's objectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand their financial information needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for executive management and board members.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, delivering strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis.
5. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the reporting area for Group FP&A.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop enhancements to existing business processes, enabling better quality data and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our Group reporting and analysis function.
The skills & experience needed as Finance Manager, Performance and Strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a proven ability to drive analytical output aimed at identifying trends, developing key insights, and facilitating decisions for senior management.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
