Finance Systems Analyst / Elite 3E Consultant The Company & Opportunity
International Law Firm are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst with Elite 3E experience, where you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and updating their financial systems, build strong relationships with the business and supporting the firm's existing systems, upgrades and improvements. This is an initial 12 month FTC.
The role
Working in a team of Finance Systems Analyst's, working on application and technical support of the firm's financial systems (including Elite 3E, 3E Templates, Elite EDI, CreditForce), alongside project work that encompasses:
Promoting best practice and liaising with senior stakeholders.
Manage the team's call logging system; being first-line support for the teams queries.
3rd part liaison.
Provide technical expertise to help facilitate the effective use of financial systems across the firm globally.
Analyse data to identify and fix data integrity queries/ issues.
Contribute to 3E roadmap improvements.
Financial reporting.
Core skills & experience for the Finance Systems Analyst role are:
Experience working in a legal finance department or finance systems team in a global law firm.
An understanding of the business implications of finance systems in a legal environment.
Elite 3E application.
As is the ability to write Transact-SQL queries (nice to have)
Understanding of accounting principles.
The position is an inital 12-month FTC role, paying up to £60K base and beneifts including: pension, season ticket loan, subsidised gym, lifestyle discount scheme.
The role also offers Hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the London office.
