Your newpany Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing Lincolnshire organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant to join the team. Your new role This varied role will see you responsible for; statutory accounts, consolidations, half/full year, year-end, tax, intepany, IFRS, FX hedges, journals, financial accounting as well as project analysis, project costs against budget, financial analysis and reporting. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified ACA or ACCA with proven recent financial accounting experience. You could be working in, or have recentlye from, a firm of Accountants, or gained your experience inmerce or a not-for-profit setting. You will have wide-ranging experience including statutory accounts, reporting, year-end, audit, taxation and, ideally, IFRS exposure, consolidations and interpany accounting. You will have excellent IT and Excel skills as well as strongmunication skills with stakeholders at all levels. Whilst the client is ideally looking for someone who will work in the Lincoln office some of the month, they are potentially open to candidates working mostly remotely, but you will be expected to attend meetings on a semiregular basis in Lincoln and you will need your own transport due to the rural location of the office.What you'll get in return Lovely working environmentHybrid/remote workingA great benefit package including generous bonus and pension, private healthcare, ie protection, life assurance and 33 days holiday including statutoryFree parking
