Senior IFA Administrator
  • Location: Altrincham
  • Salary: £26,000 - £32,000
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are a prestigious Wealth Management firm located in the heart of Altrincham, seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join our Pension & Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to manage their workload independently. Day to day of the role:
  • Process and submit new business, adhering to the new business workflow
  • Handle Letters of Authority and gather required plan details for research and analysis
  • Welcome clients, answer enquiries, and manage incoming communication effectively
  • Conduct portfolio rebalancing, including buying and selling
  • Process client withdrawals and contributions accurately, monitoring them through to completion
  • Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and execute post-meeting tasks
  • Write basic Suitability Reports
  • Complete research for new business cases, focusing on fund and cost analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an IFA Administrator
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal workload
  • Progress towards or completion of R0 qualifications is highly desirable
  • Experience with financial platforms such as Intelliflo, A J Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, and FE Analytics
