Job Description
As Financial Controller you will be reporting directly into board level.
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
- Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
- Staff management responsibilities of a small finance team.
- Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across different business functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Prior experience working within a similar role in a large organisation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
