Job Description

As Financial Controller you will be reporting directly into board level.

  • Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
  • Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
  • Staff management responsibilities of a small finance team.
  • Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
  • Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
  • Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across different business functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Prior experience working within a similar role in a large organisation
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
