Knowledge of IFRS2, IFRS9, IFRS16, foreign exchange and consolidation accounting would also be helpful.Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, analysis, and risk management.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.High IT competency - advanced excel user. Your Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and reports for stakeholders.Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Hands on leader; Not scared to get into the detail, you will be technically competent with the ability to deal with the challenges of an ambitious, growing group. Business Partnering: Collaborate with other senior leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic and divisional decision-making through strong communication skills. Cost Management: Drive cost efficiency across the business, optimising financial resources and enhancing profitability.Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders including auditors.
