As a result, the business is strengthening its commercial finance team and looking to add a talented Senior Finance Business Partner to support with strategic growth of the business.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into Senior Leadership and support the business with the delivery of financial and strategic growth within the business. You'll be reporting directly into the Group Finance Director and will owning the forecasts, budgets, commercial analysis, business cases and leading a best in class team. This position will offer exposure to variety of different stakeholders and great career progression within the team.
The Role:
- Developing commercial business cases across the Group including commercial analysis and more.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes
- Challenge a variety of stakeholders and deliver new initiatives across the organisation
- Set key KPIs and delivery across the business
- Compile forecast reports, for presentation to leadership
- Coordinate with Management Accountants and Operations during month-end, to understand performance drivers
- Provide analysis on risk, recommending mitigation methods
- Manage a high calibre qualified team
Essential Background:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
- Strong excel sills
- Good interpersonal skillset
