Job Description

The Client Our client is a multi-site SME offering workspace solutions. They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to provide commercial financial support, manage financial planning processes, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial forecasting and insightful analysis. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Lead budget process and monthly rolling forecast; produce insightful variance analysis. Ensure rolling income forecast accuracy with key stakeholders. Develop monthly board reports, including KPIs, for financial and non-financial performance. Oversee weekly sales reports, highlighting trends. Oversee preparation of management accounts pack. Prepare monthly Cashflow statements and update the three-year business plan financial model. Support CFO with business cases, financial models, and analysis. Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide impactful insights. Review quarterly management accounts before distribution to landlord partners. Coordinate and prepare quarterly landlord presentations, clearly articulating centre performance. Manage Assistant Finance Analyst and update financial models for new real estate opportunities. Ensure financial models are clear and reflect potential investment returns. Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Proven experience in financial planning & analysis. Experience or interest in the property industry and/or flexible space sector. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including financial modelling experience. Proven relationship-building skills. Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with data manipulation. Ability to clearly articulate key messages and insights. Team player with the ability to work independently. Ability to build effective working relationships and operate sensitively in multicultural environments. Ability to write concise and accurate reports. What’s on Offer?
