Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a leading restaurant group who are looking to hire an FP&A Manager through an exciting period of change for the business.
Business partnering with key stakeholders, this role will play a pivotal part of financial based decision making for the short term and long term decisions in the business. Ideally suited to someone with strong expertise and industry insight, who is looking to affect real change in their next role.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, reforecasts and 3 year business plans internationally
- Responsible for monthly consolidated management accounts & variance analysis
- Partner with departmental heads to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Senior level stakeholder business partner on return on investment and business case appraisal
- Play a key part in evolution of financial modelling
- Cash flow forecasting
- Build and automate reports for financial planning and business risk
Personal Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Extensive FP&A & Commercial Finance experience within a multi-site/ international business ideally
- Strong Excel/ Power BI & Reporting experience
- Prosses strong communications skill and ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment.
