Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a high growth PE backed technology business. The business has a strong foundation in the market with well established relationships, a unique product, and well established relationships. They are growing both organically and acquisitively and are now in need of higher level commercial insights to drive strategic incentives. We're looking to hire an analytic and strategic FP&A Manager who will own commercial processes within the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Have ownership of the annual budgetting, cash flows, and analysis
- Conduct business partnering across various key stakeholders within the business to achieve KPI's
- Create financial models and innovative dashboards to support decision-making across the business
- Support new business initiatives, including the financial and strategic analysis of new business proposals

Essential background:
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
- High level of attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Previous FP&A experience
