I am working with a B2B and B2C finance broker where they are looking for a FP&A Manager to support on monthly financial reporting, forecasts and supporting the financial services teams and wider to support on budget strategy and future business planning.

• Manage the FP&A team and review the business' month-end results, providing analysis, commentary and pushback where required
• Lead the team on preparing monthly forecasts
• Develop the annual business plans for the finance team and various departments
• Lead and implement on on new finance processes to improve reporting times and accuracy, as well as developing new standards and systems where appropriate
• Assist in year end where needed, as well as wider management accounting activities

Personal profile:

• Previous experience in developing end-to-end financial models, from scratch to presenting
• Excellent financial modeller, with previous experience explaining complex data ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or CPA/ CAANZ)
• Team player, as well as building strong relationships with your FP&A team, Head of FP&A as well as wider internal stakeholders to reach successful businesses objectives
• Previous experience using financial modelling tools (IBM, SAP, Anaplan)
• A desire to improve financial processes to improve reporting times and accuracy

This is a great opportunity for a FP&A Manager or Analyst to gain full autonomy of a companies financial planning process, whilst being attached to a house-hold name.
