    As the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations, driving critical insights and analysis to shape strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning and Control, you'll lead the charge in delivering accurate financial reporting, managing budgets and forecasts, and fostering collaborative relationships across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Insight: Provide in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making processes.
    • Budget Management: Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather data, disseminate insights, and manage requests effectively.
    • Process Optimisation: Constantly review and refine financial processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
    • Valeo Group Alignment: Build strong relationships with the Valeo Group finance team to ensure alignment and collaboration across divisions.

      Experience and Qualifications:

      • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA) with relevant experience.
      • Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering.
      • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
