We are seeking a highly skilled Long Term Financial Planning Manager to join our Strategic Finance team in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding the financial trajectory of the organisation, ensuring it aligns with our strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year financial model, incorporating scenarios around commercial businesses, funding levels, and functional profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure all financial plans and scenarios are aligned and documented.
- Provide insightful analyses to support strategic decision-making and contribute to securing ongoing funding.
- Prepare clear and precise reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CCAB qualified accountant with significant experience in a similar senior role within a complex matrix organisation.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and commercial finance, especially within an international, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to manage resources globally to deliver project outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and report writing skills.
