We are seeking an experienced Finance Planning Manager who has had exposure to making financial and commercial assessments of North Sea assets and fields. This is an exciting and dynamic role with a leading Operator who is looking for an accountancy background individual, ideally with experience of liquidity packs.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Annual Plan Cycle and the in-year Forecast updates, through collation of updates, review of data and presentation of results.
*Manage the Business Performance Review process, providing insight to business via the data and provide guidance on variance to Budget and Plan.
*Support various department and processes, including regulatory data submission, reserves processes, any Business Development processes, and ad-hoc requests.
*Provide leadership to the Planning Team (5 direct reports)
*Develop and maintain relationships across the organisation to ensure accurate view of the business is reflected in deliverables.
Experience & Qualifications:
*Significant prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically within the Planning domain.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication abilities, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
*Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
