Outsource UK is working with a well-renowned retail Banking organisation who are looking to recruit several Financial Promotions Managers to their organisation, on a permanent contract. This is an exciting time to join the company as there is lots of scope for growth and development, within the organisation and moreover, this is an opportunity for the successful incumbent to really make the role their own within my client's Customer function.

Duties of the Financial Promotions Manager:
- Review and assess financial promotions to ensure they are fully compliant.
- Set and design the operating model to work towards.
- Identify within the team instances of non-compliance with the organisations policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Analyses customer needs and then define and deliver prescribed financial products by performing designated development activities using established systems.
Requirements of the Financial Promotions Manager position:
- Prior experience working in either Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Experience providing technical guidance when required on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Provides technical guidance when required, on interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
