Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious Financial Reporting Accountant, responsible for key areas of Financial and Management Reporting.

This person will be integral to managing profit and loss segmentation and leading our financial service project. As part of our dynamic Finance Team, this person will contribute to creating a best-in-class finance function.

Tell me more

  1. Lead end-to-end financial processes for specific financial service partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Serve as key finance liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Manage profit and loss segmentation for accurate reporting and analysis.
  4. Support month-end reporting, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
  5. Assist with year-end audit, statutory financial statements, and accounting paper preparation.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and implement efficient, automated processes.
  7. Maintain up-to-date desktop procedures and adhere to finance policies and Codes of Conduct.
  8. Participate in ad hoc projects and support business partnering team as needed.

What you'll need

  1. Recently fully-qualified ACA or ACCA, with an audit background.
  2. Financial / management accounting experience.
  3. Advanced Excel skills.
  4. Experience of working to tight deadlines with the desire to drive best practice.
  5. Excellent attention to detail.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
