The team consists of tax, legal and regulatory specialists focusing on assisting alternative investment fund managers with a range of services across their business, covering the manager, the key people, the funds, investors and investments. You will have key relationship responsibilities for tax compliance work that is delivered from their compliance centres.

You will lead advisory focused projects for clients within the AIF team by taking responsibility for researching and summarising technical analysis.

The AIF industry is dynamic, technically demanding and creative and offers opportunities to work on major transactions, international structuring, and a range of day-to-day UK tax matters.

You will be responsible for building close relationships with a wide range of clients, working as part of a team to deliver the full suite of AIF propositions to clients.

You will benefit from a progressive environment where you will be encouraged to develop client relationships, technical and people management skills.

As a Manager you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, drive your ambition and work with experienced Partners, Directors and Senior Managers across the team. The team will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your tax technical skills in a stimulating and challenging environment.

Requirements:
