Position: Associate Partner, Financial Services & Insurance Transformation

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transformation initiatives for some of the largest global firms, contributing to their journey towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale complex transformation initiatives in banking and insurance sectors
- Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services
- Manage business opportunities at key accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with proposal development and contribute to the company's value proposition
- Mentor and guide subordinate managers for their professional growth and development
Requirements:
- Approximately 15-18+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on financial services & insurance
- Proven track record in commercial development and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Expertise in technology domain and ability to align functional areas with business requirements
