Job Introduction
We are keen to hear from contract lawyers with financial services regulatory experience, who are available for a 12 month assignment working with one of leading banking clients.
The successful candidate will join or contractor resource pool and will be instantly allocated to this work stream in line with the demands of the project. You will be supported by a highly knowledgeable and supportive team
Role Responsibility
You will provide a premium service to our clients, ensuring the advice and support is of the highest quality.
Duties will include:
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and assessing a wide range of financial services legal documents.
- Advising on Financial Services regulatory matters
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous legal regulatory experience gained from working in retail financial services with expertise in mortgages or retail banking is highly advantageous
- Motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a well-regarded and busy team
- Pro-active and process driven
