I’m working with an award winning, international consultancy, who are looking to build the leadership team of their growing financial services team in London. They have a world renowned culture, and have really impressive opportunities for progression, development and practice leadership.
The team:
The financial services team partner with leading financial institutions, to create and execute sustainable transformation initiatives across their businesses. They work across retail and commercial banking, payments, FinTech, investment banking, insurance, and wealth & asset management to deliver long lasting change. Their clients include global payments businesses, leading high-street banks, mid-market players, growing digital banking providers, and Tier 1 investment banks.
Their work is hugely varied, from digital strategy, innovation and transformation, to operating model design, to operational excellence and organisational transformation, to executing risk-focussed and regulatory change.
The role:
This role is an opportunity to take the lead in a growing capability – you would be in charge of leading a practice within the broader financial services business.
Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of business strategy, digital transformation or regulatory initiatives in any of the following:
- Payments businesses
- Insurance
- Wealth & Asset Management
The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £150,000 to £220,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role can be based in London, or regionally. If this ticks the boxes for you, I’d love to receive your application.
