Alexander Ash are working with a technology management consulting firm who are committed to digital innovation and delivery in line with the ever-evolving tech landscape of financial services/insurance market. The firm is passionate about strategy, architecture, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive transformative change.


They are seeking leaders at the Director AND Associate Partner level specialising in the Financial Services and/or Insurance domain, combined with a strong grasp from a technology standpoint. You'll lead large-scale complex transformation initiatives across banking (retail, commercial, payments, lending) and insurance (underwriting, claims) with a focus on technology consulting. Furthermore, responsible for driving consulting discussions, uncovering new revenue streams, and leading high-quality teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation solutions and services sales to the relevant market segment (financial services / retail banking / corporate banking / insurance)
  • Manage consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on relevant market segments.
  • Strengthen employer position in new & existing clients while broadening presence in others.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services and solutions.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with proposal development and provide leadership to subordinate managers.


Key Requirements:

  • Approximately 15+ years of experience in technology-focused roles within management consulting.
  • Proven excellence in commercial development and leadership within management consulting.
  • Innovation in both sales and delivery – comfortable with a revenue generating target.
  • Strong sales ability and closing skills at executive and board levels.
  • Proven ability to shape propositions and projects that deliver effective business outcomes
  • Thought leadership within the FSI domain, including marketable knowledge production.
  • Excellent people management and leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
  • Solid understanding of industry drivers, technology, challenges, and market trends in banking and insurance.
  • Ability to travel as required.
