*** Calling all Oracle Financial Systems Support Analysts ***
(Fully Remote)
(Inside IR35)
I am working with a client who are looking to bring on a Financial System Support Analyst to support our clients Financial Oracle systems
What you will be doing:
Working in the Corporate Product Team to provide an effective and professional support service to users of the Financial Systems.
Carrying out routine operations and maintenance of the Financial Systems and act as first line of support to Financial Systems users.
Investigating problems and identify opportunities for improvements to the systems.
Working with business users and IS staff to provide functional input into developing solutions which will enhance the systems.
Working closely with development and system users to ensure that functional and/or technical solutions meet the business needs and are fully tested and documented before implementation. Apply approved configuration changes.
Setting up and maintaining Financial Systems documentation library and knowledge database.
What you need:
Demonstrable IT system experience in a support or consultancy role
Experience working in 1st & 2nd line Support
Knowledge of Oracle Financial and related packages would be an advantage.
Strong general computer literacy.
Ability to use 'SQL' based facilities and query tools, such as TOAD and Discoverer would be an advantage. * A working knowledge of standard accounting practices would be an advantage.
