Business development --Recruitment-- 360 Resourcer Account management

Join this team of IT Recruitment Specialists, based in their exclusive Richmond office (South-West London). Our client is an explosively growing IT Recruitment firm, servicing the major City Banks.

No experience necessary, but you will have expert people and relationship building skills. You will be a very sociable individual with a wide group of friends and a large Network. That is what the job is all about. You will strike up and develop new relationships with managers at all levels within the Banking and Finance industry. This is a heavy new business recruitment sales role. You will be intensively trained in cold-calling and account management skills and techniques. This is a very well paid role, with a strong basic and with OTE £50-60,000 in the first year, and £80,000-£100,000 in the second year. It is an ultra-competitive marketplace, so you will have loads of energy, a great personality, high levels of sociability and expert relationship building skills.
 

Our best-in-class training will include video footage, interactive sessions, and role-playing to train in our sales techniques. Typical a day with us will be focussed around generating new business revenue and profit and will include:

  • Speaking to new and existing clients on the phone
  • Meeting new and existing clients for coffee, drinks or dinner
  • Face to face networking in your area of specialism

So you will need to be comfortable in all social situations, and be able to lead social engagements, and direct them on your own.
