We invite you to discover the Associate role on our team at AlphaSights.First InsightsFirst Insights is an exclusive one-day event held at our London headquarters, designed to give engaged and ambitious first-year undergraduate students a glimpse into corporate life, and specifically what it takes to succeed working with the world’s leading consulting firms, corporates and investors every day.Learn what we do, with the people who do it. This is an interactive experience working with our teams where you will be challenged to take on the tasks of an Associate, such as ideation, pitching, breaking down a project brief, expert engagement, and project delivery. In doing so you will develop your commercial confidence, critical thinking, adaptability, resilience, professional communication and negotiation skills.No matter where you are in your preparations for taking on your first role after university, these sessions will give you an insight into why we’re the global leader in knowledge on-demand, the preferred partner of business and investment leaders worldwide, and how you could be at the forefront of our growth story.Applications are now open and places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis following an interview with our Talent Acquisition team.What To Expect A day of informative sessions and interactive workshops with VPs, Managers and Associates in our Client Service teamThe chance to pitch ideas and work on projects with us as part of a team, and to discuss and receive feedback on your work with our ManagersThe opportunity to network with Associates, hear about their experiences and how they bridged the gap from university to working life An interview skills workshop to help put your best foot forward in applications and interviews Requirements Track record of strong academic and extracurricular performance Outstanding communication skillsStrong interest in AlphaSights and the role of an Associate on our Client Service TeamFluent English with either German, Swedish, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish or Dutch (C2 level) preferredGraduating in summer 2027 (you are a first-year student or second-year student if studying a four-year degree)Availability to join us in London on 14 April 2025 About AlphaSightsAlphaSights is the global leader in knowledge on-demand.
