The Role
- Provide support to customers remotely and on site when needed.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Work with any customers 3rd party providers to create and update support cases.
- Escalate and handover tickets when required.
- Provide regular and relevant updates to customers throughout the support process.
Requirements
- MSP Experience – Essential
- Driving License – Essential
- Right to work in the UK – Essential
- Minimum 1 year IT Support Experience
IT Support Technician Skill Sets
- Previous Experience providing IT support. (essential)
- Office 365 experience (essential)
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics (essential)
- Windows Workstations and Servers
- MSP Environment Experience – Advantageous but not essential
- Active Directory
