Service and Fleet Supervisor
Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 DOE
Location: Over, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
My client is looking for a candidate with ideally some background in Service Admin/Fleet Admin experience to join their small team as the Scheduler/Administrator. You will offer Operational Support, Roster Engineers, create job cards, and manage the email inbox. You will be working with a small team of male engineers, and will need to take charge delegating jobs. The role is fully office-based, offering 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling platform hire
- Lola compliance for hire equipment
- Lola compliance for fleet vehicles
- Workshop scheduling and communications
- Contacting vehicles for service scheduling
- Invoicing hire
