Regional Fleet Sales Executive – Leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer – £28,000-£32,000 basic salary + £80,000+ OTE + Benefits

About The Business:

Being one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, my client offers a huge portfolio of products including vans, trucks, busses, and HGVs. Providing transport solutions with the aim to simplify customer business through leading sustainable solutions.

In the UK they are consistently increasing their market share, having sold more LCVs than Ford and VW in 2023. With more than a century of experience in manufacturing, the business has already gathered over 90 years of experience in electrically powered vehicles and are able to offer a wide range of EV commercial vehicles.

About The Opportunity:

Fleet Sales Executive

£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary

£80,000 OTE

What’s In It For Me?

This is a brand-new position within the business, to help the company tap into and continue the success that they are having within the SME fleet market.

You will be able to build out this role how you see fit, having complete autonomy over your dairy and ow you approach your customer base.

The business has a huge focus on building from within, you will be expected to run projects internally to provide insight on how the company can improve and do things differently.

Day To Day?

  • To achieve the required retail target and related KPI’s within a 12-month period.
  • To maintain and build strong relationships with a defined list of key customers and dealerships.
  • To ensure the CRM system is updated and completed as per company procedures.
  • Working closely with both the HoS and Regional Retail Team to assist all in identifying opportunities for all product and services via sales. Working closely with the CSM teams providing solutions for problems.
  • To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required.
  • To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
  • To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.

About You:

They are looking for an individual who takes initiative and has a willingness to learn, not for perfection!

  • A background in sales is essential.
  • Previous experience working within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the automotive or finance industry would be preferred.
  • Customer focused, always want to do the best for the customer.
  • Team player, supporting and helping my teammates to be successful.
  • Results driven, always achieving targets.
  • Process oriented, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Confident with presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Interested in your own personal development, learning while doing.
  • Full driving licence.
