I am currently recruiting for a public sector organisation committed to improving their fleet operations. As part of an ongoing transformation program, focusing establishing an integrated Transport Unit across the organisation. You will play a crucial role in revising and enhancing the organisation fleet operations. Your responsibilities will include researching vehicle operations, collaborating with other councils, and sharing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Investigate the operation of the vehicles and fleet elements, identifying areas for improvement.
Best Practices: Collaborate with other council to share insights and implement best practices.
Transformation: Contribute to the fleet transformation program by suggesting innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fleet management or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify operational efficiencies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of public sector practices and regulations (desirable).
