Healthcare Assistant Driver-Flexicare South Midlands *Job Summary*
Flexicare offer personalised packages of care to enable clients to remain living independently. We support adults of all ages and provide care ranging from a few hours help to 24-hours a day live-in care. The Flexicare philosophy is one of quality and the belief that it is everybody’s right to receive excellent and compassionate care that is ‘outcome based’; meaning a service delivered the way the customer wants. Staff are the lifeblood of the company and our recruitment is based upon one principal which is that "they care" We currently have vacancies for care workers within Daventry and Rugby areas. Staff need to be able to travel in the community so drivers are preferred but is not necessarily essential, a enhanced petrol allowance is provided. Experience is not essential just a commitment to help others and a positive attitude. Full training will be provided with the opportunity to gain a level 2 and 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
