A contemporary food and beverage offering with meeting and events and restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for keeping and developing the reputation of the hotel and food and beverage offering as they creatively charge the site this year!!! With a focus on standards/ quality of food throughout the hotel and dinner and with fantastic service and smooth running of the meetings and events offering which is due for exciting expansion alongside the management of the operations for Front Office, Maintenance and the Housekeeping teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?</strong></p><ul><li>Creating an amazing guest journey and experience.</li><li>You will be ever-present operationally and actively managing the operations of HOD’s to get the best out of them and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.</li><li>Management of all Food and Beverage outlets alongside the operations for Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance.</li><li>Great understanding for Food and Beverage P&L management.</li><li>Manage and develop the team.</li><li>Driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business.</li><li>Know your local market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR DNA:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years’ experience in hotel management and F&B operations.
