Apply now and you could be working at the World-Famous Britannia Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool! This fabulous Edwardian style Liverpool hotel, a grand building rich in history, is perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents Bar and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor on to the team.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
- Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all time.
- maximise sales and profitability within the department.
- Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all times.
- Supervise other F&B staff, offering support when necessary.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is available on a zero-hour contract.
