Responsibilities
- Research and develop new food products, flavors, and formulations.
- Design experiments, conduct sensory evaluations, and analyze data to create exceptional products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of research and development activities.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food product development and flavor formulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
