Your responsibilities will encompass supervising food preparation, providing leadership, training new employees, managing schedules, ensuring sanitation standards, and maintaining inventory. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential for success. While a high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, long-term training will be provided to support your growth in food service management.
