What you'll be doing Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following: Prepare and serve food and beverages Food handling and basic food preparation Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house Restocking items and stock rotation Operating the till and cash handling General cleaning of front and back of house Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times. Preparation of any other public facing areas as required Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications. Experience Previous food service experience is essential Friendly, polite and motivated Level 2 food hygiene certificate or willing to obtain via our online e-learning portal Must have lived in the UK for 5 or more years in order to pass security checks Reliable and flexible to shift patterns
