Our early investments include Spotify, iZettle, Depop, Klarna, Bolt, neo4j, KRY, Epidemic Sound and Small Giant Games. We are excited to have invested in three former Palantir engineers who we believe are on their way to define a completely new category of technology within the ERP space. The team is now hiring the first cohort of founding engineers to help make this vision a reality. Below is their job description: We are looking for world-class engineers to build the next generation enterprise platform for IT teams. Our goal is to accelerate how enterprises manage their proprietary tech stacks. Tools we take for granted in tech-first circles to structure and understand code are sorely lacking, and IT teams are struggling to safely and reliably update systems to serve business requirements —come be part of the team to solve this huge and underserved space. Requirements Technologies We believe the best engineers can always adapt to new languages, frameworks, and architectures; we value ability and approach more than knowledge of specific stacks and technologies. The below serves as a guide for what we are using, but we welcome applicants from differing backgrounds. Our backend services are currently Express and Node, plus custom components installed directly into customer’s on-premise networks in proprietary languages. We expect that as more AI and code analysis components are built, Python may become part of the mix as well. Our product includes custom language server implementations and static analysis tooling, along with AI code analysis modules. We are using Postgres and Neo4j on the backend. Solid database fundamentals and strong system design skills are a must. Whilst our infrastructure runs on Azure (chosen because this resonates by our enterprise customers) we do not require past Azure experience. That said, experience with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferential. Successful Candidate Profile Proven commercial track record as a Backend Developer, Founding Engineer, Technical Founder or similarly relevant roles, preferably in an early stage company As an ex-Palantir team we deeply believe in the power of a truth-seeking organisation, which means we value the power of the argument over who contributed it.
